Andris Reinholds, Latvia’s lone rowing competitor faces a lifetime ban from the sport after he became the fifth athlete to be kicked out of the Sydney Olympics for failing a drug test.
Reinholds, who finished eighth in the single sculls, tested positive for the steroid nandrolone during a routine urine test.
