Former tribe police officer pleaded guilty

Jimmy Russell Hamm II, also known as “Rusty” Hamm, pleaded guilty of charges of steroid possession with intent to sell and distribute.
Last month, the former Creek Nation Lighthorse division police officer was arraigned of the said charges. He conspired with a former reserved deputy sheriff for McIntosh County, Dusty Lee Burns.
