NIS Patiala to demerge from Sports Authority of India

Demerger of the National Institute of Sports (NIS), Patiala from Sports Authority of India (SAI) has been announced by the Indian sports ministry on Wednesday.
The announcement was made after the recent doping scandal that rocked Indian athletics.

Kop receives ban for life
